This position is responsible for completing business optimization analysis and recommending solutions to improve efficiencies and reduce costs for NA customers. Works in conjunction with fellow BOG (Business Optimization Group) team members and sales to develop systems recommendations to achieve desired customer benefit and targeted sales plan. Such recommendations and strategies will directly impact and increase the utilization of the appropriate Haemonetics solutions that reduce costs through improved efficiencies of staff and processes. Responsible to gain expertise on best practices within the industry to influence and educate blood product collection centers and hospitals through the utilization of Haemonetics products. This position is responsible to gather and assess customer data on operations and analyzing data to develop recommendations aligned to the customer site. This is a remote role with 5075 travel across the US.

Pay Transparency:
The base pay actually offered to the successful candidate will take into account without limitation the candidates location education jobknowledge skills and experience in prior relevant roles. Incentives may also be provided as part of Haemonetics employee compensation. For sales roles employees will be eligible for sales incentive (i.e. commission) under the applicable plan terms. For nonsales roles employees will be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus the target amount of which varies based on the applicable role to be governed by the applicable plan terms. Employees may also be eligible to participate in the Companys longterm incentive plan with eligibility and target amount dependent on the role.
