- Making outbound calls daily to leads with an emphasis on speed to contact but doing it with HIGHENERGY.
- Not afraid to make 100 phone calls a day talking to prospective clients.
- Nurturing leads through the sales process.
- Wants to CLOSE on sales calls by overcoming objections.
- Answering phone calls in a professional manner.
- Making sure all client notes and contacts are logged and managed correctly.
- Able to prescribe and sell the correct service based on the clients needs/goals.
- Greeting members as they enter.
- Schedule clients for consultations initial training sessions etc.
- Giving new member tours.
- Taking advantage of downtime to exceed client expectations.
- Able to multitask and wear different hats if needed.
- Must be a highenergy individual.
- Must have 1 years in sales
- Must have 1 years in a customer service setting ideally in the fitness industry.
