Job Description

Position Title: Education Sales Specialist (US Market)

Location: 100 Remote

Salary: TBC

Working Rhythm: Our shifts are eighthours and we may need weekend availability for any successful candidate. Were covering US business hours coast to coast so our shifts will likely focus on the hours between 8am on the US East Coast and 8pm out on the West Coast. We can be flexible around splitting shifts.Weoperate globally so expect to be connected outside of these hours occasionally!

Role Impact


As an Education Sales Specialist at Nexford your role goes beyond just closing enrollments youll be a key player in driving our mission to provide accessible highquality education globally. This is a highly targeted consultative B2C sales position where youll manage both inbound and outbound calls in a fully remote setting working directly with prospective learners to align Nexfords offerings with their career goals. The role requires balancing productivity and quality: not only exceeding enrollment targets but also upholding Nexfords standards through rigorous QA call marking during downtime. Every enrollment you secure contributes directly to Nexfords growth helping us expand our reach and impact. Were looking for exceptional sales professionals who bring resilience consultativeselling and a passion for making a measurable difference in a highimpact EdTech environment.

Experience selling into the US market is essential for this role.

What Youll Be Owning

  • Spend 80 of your day engaging with leads through calls emails and chats providing tailored valuedriven conversations.
  • Handle inbound inquiries guide learners through the application process and conduct outbound calls to convert highpriority leads.
  • Follow up with leads adapting strategies to drive them closer to enrollment.
  • Track inquiries across digital channels ensuring timely responses within SLAs.
  • Review and evaluate sales interactions for quality and compliance with standards.

Skills and Qualifications

We value a diverse pool of candidates who bring a combination of skills experience and the right mindset to our team. While we dont expect every candidate to have every point here are some skills and qualifications that would make you a great fit for this role:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Psychology or a related field.
  • 3 years in consultative telesales or inbound/outbound sales bonus points if you have education EdTech or SaaS experience!. A key requirement is experience selling into the US market overseeing endtoend sales processes and delivering a high level of customer service.
  • Proven ability to exceed sales targets in a KPIdriven environment with the discipline to manage your own productivity and prioritize highimpact activities without heavy oversight.
  • Exceptional English skills both written and verbal with strong numerical reasoning and analytical abilities to interpret data and guide informed conversations.
  • Advanced problemsolving skills and active listening; youll need to adapt your approach to each learner guiding them to the right program based on their unique career goals and motivations.
