Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and driven General Manager who will lead a team towards success!
As General Manager youll play a key role in hiring motivating and rewarding a strong management team that aligns with the companys mission and values. Youll serve as the liaison between the hotel brand owners and Concord ensuring smooth operations through brand training meeting deadlines managing supplies and adhering to budget guidelines. Additionally youll network with city officials representing the hotel as its face.
Qualifications:
Organized detailed oriented and able to lead a winning team of passionate and service driven hospitality professionals.
Strong sales background and established networking skills.
Proven ability to drive GSS.
Effective in hiring mentoring and leading a team toward outstanding results.
Able to deliver outstanding financial results.
Extensive experience in select service hotel operations.
Prior GM experience preferred.
