Job Description
Our company is seeking a reliable and detailoriented PartTime Night Auditor to join our team. As a Night Auditor you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions and guest information during the overnight shift.
Responsibilities:
Conducting nightly audits of financial transactions and guest information
Verifying the accuracy of guest accounts and resolving any discrepancies
Preparing daily reports and distributing them to the appropriate departments
Assisting with guest checkins and checkouts as needed
Responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
Maintaining a clean and organized work area
Assist with Breakfast setup
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proficiency in basic computer programs and hotel management software
This is a parttime position with overnight shifts.
