PARTTIME COSMETOLOGY INSTRUCTOR
Highland Community College is accepting applications for a parttime Cosmetology Instructor beginning the Spring 2025 semester. The scheduled days and hours are Monday Wednesday and Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
This position requires an Illinois Cosmetology License and Cosmetology Teaching credential. Qualified candidates must have a willingness and ability to teach the set of cosmetology courses offered by the college. Experience in teaching and previous salon work is preferred.
Application is not complete until the following materials are submitted: cover letter resume/CV copies of transcripts (unofficial copies are acceptable for the purpose of application) three current professional letters of recommendation a Statement of Teaching Philosophy. Salary range: $30.71 $35.54 per hour.
