Job Description

Our expertise is in Project Management Engineering Commissioning & Qualification Validation Quality Systems and Regulatory Affairs.
We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic professional to join our team as a Project Controls Analyst inEastern Canada (hybrid).
Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning scheduling and tracking project milestones deliverables and timelines.
- Create organize and maintain project documentation including reports meeting minutes and action plans.
- Act as a liaison between teammembers stakeholders and vendors to facilitate effective communication.
- Prepare and deliver presentations reports and updates tailored to diverse stakeholder groups.
- Conduct research to support project objectives and decisionmaking.
- Analyze project data and compile insights into actionable recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in business Technology engineering or a related discipline from a recognized community college in Canada.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in project administration coordination or related roles.
- Meticulous with a focus on accuracyin documentation data entry and reporting.
- Basic knowledge of engineering principles or technical drawings is a plus.
- Exposure to engineering construction or technical project environments is advantageous.
- Strong problemsolving abilities with a talent for assessing project challenges and creating practical solutions.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities including creating clear and concise reports and presentations.
