Job Description

The Compensation and Benefits Analyst plays a vital role in supporting the design implementation and administration of compensation and benefits programs for Trintechs global workforce. This position assists in managing the entire life cycle of compensation and benefits ensuring compliance with local regulations and alignment with organizational objectives. The role is instrumental in maintaining accurate employee data facilitating communication regarding benefits and providing administrative support to the Total Rewards team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The essential functions include but are not limited to the following:

Compensation:

  • Support job description development and provide feedback on content.
  • Participate in compensation surveys conduct regular benchmarking studies to ensure our compensation packages remain competitive in the market.
  • Support the annual compensation review processes including data analysis and documentation.
  • Prepare reports and ensure data accuracy.

Benefits:

    • Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs including health insurance retirement plans and wellness initiatives.
    • Support the annual open enrollment process by preparing materials organizing meetings and assisting employees with benefit elections.
    • Serve as a point of contact for employees inquiries regarding benefits eligibility coverage options and enrollment procedures.

    Leave Administration:

      • Administer leave processes for employees in the United States.
      • Assist in maintaining leave policies and procedures ensuring compliance with federal state and local regulations.
      • Provide administrative support to HR employees regarding leaverelated matters.

      Payroll Collaboration:

      • Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure accurate processing of benefit deductions and paid leave adjustments.
      • Provide support on adjustments for paid leave and resolving payroll discrepancies related to compensation and benefits.

      Compliance and Reporting:

      • Maintain documentation related to compensation and benefits programs including policies procedures and employee communications.
      • Maintain accurate employee records related to compensation benefits enrollment and leave administration in the HRIS or other relevant databases.
      • Stay informed about changes in compensation and benefits laws and regulations ensuring compliance with applicable requirements.
      • Assist in conducting audits and assessments to ensure data integrity and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
      • Support the preparation and distribution of reports.

      MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES)

      • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
      • 34 years of experience in compensation and benefits.
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel Word and PowerPoint) and experience working with HRIS or similar systems.
      • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service orientation and the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels.
      • Basic understanding of compensation and benefits principles regulations and best practices.
      • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion and professionalism
