We are looking for an Operations/Business Manager who will play all in as they run the smooth and efficient operation of our law firm. We are looking for someone who understands employee engagement is obsessed with KPIs enjoys making decisions based on data and wants to make a position their own.
Our Operations/Business Manager will work directly with the firm owner to oversee everything but the practice of law. This will include strategic and financial planning and goal setting project management as well as human resources functions such as recruiting hiring onboarding and performance reviews.
The Parents Estate Planning Law Firm is a fastgrowing estate planning law firm looking for an Operations Manager to take us to the next phase of growth. This is a new position. We are looking forward to working with someone who will bring ideas to enhance our team and firm.

- Oversee daytoday operations of the firm ensuring a productive and efficient work environment.
- Manage all nonlegal support staff members.
- Manage all human resources functions including recruitment hiring onboarding and performance evaluations.
- Manage PTO and other requests from employees.
- Manage payroll.
- Cultivate and foster a continued positive organizational culture.
- Assist with financial management tasks and financial reporting including budgeting and forecasting.
- Enhance team culture by offering monthly team trainings and inviting outside speakers
- Assist owners with creating Business plans and staff plans looking ahead 1 2 and 3 years.
- Facilities and office equipment management coordinating with vendors and service providers including Tech and Software to negotiate pricing and contracts.
- Bachelors degree in business administration management human resources or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of Management experience in a professional setting with a focus on human resources.
- Strong understanding of HR practices and office procedures.
- Strong financial management skills including budgeting and billing.
- Excellent organizational multitasking interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
- Experience with HubSpot CRM and CMS is a plus.
- Proven leadership and team management abilities.
