Job Description
SALARY
- Up to $20 per hour based on experience
THE PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR WILL BE: Responsible motivated detailoriented that enjoys working in a team environment performing residential and commercial window cleaning services.
- Able to stand on feet for long periods of time
- Able to work with arms above the head
- Able to bend and squat to ground level
- Able to work in freezing and extreme heat temperatures
- Able to assemble lift and climb ladders up to 30 feet
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE TO DO: Basic washing and squeegee of windows in residential and commercial properties. We open windows clean out sills clean the sashes screens and remove cobwebs from casement areas. On occasion customers also ask us to change bulbs and clean light fixtures in difficult areas.
HOURS AVAILABLE FOR YOU TO WORK: Shifts begin at 7:30 in the morning and end between 2 to 6 pm depending on the number of homes or offices. We are closed Sundays but you can pick up extra shifts on Saturdays if you are interested. We pay up to $20 per hour based on experience or the first 30 days.
WE TAKE THESE ITEMS VERY SERIOUS ABOUT OUR TEAM MEMBERS: Applicants will be subject to a criminal background check. There is an initial training period of one week. During that week we may elect to complete a comprehensive drug screen.
APPLICANTS MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE. All supplies materials and automobiles will be provided for you. If you have your own vehicle maintain your own equipment and carry liability insurance you may work for a higher commission. You must be healthy and smoke free (you are allowed to smoke mechanical cigarettes but never in a customers home or near their property). You will have to pick up ladders and equipment lift edges of couches and chairs to clean under that can weigh up to 60 pounds or more. Many of our customers have family pets however dangerous pets are kenneled during cleaning. If you are scared of animals please do not apply.
