Job Description

- Location: Delaware Public Schools
- Contract Position Competitive Pay Meaningful Work
- Delaware License in Physical Therapy
- Current criminal background check
- Negative or inactive positive Mantoux TB test
- Experience with students who have mild to severe disabilities
- Experience in Delaware public schools (preferred)
- Conduct evaluations and deliver physical therapy using a transdisciplinary approach
- Provide therapy services in classrooms community settings small groups and oneonone
- Prepare evaluation reports and track student progress
- Develop and manage IEPs in compliance with School District procedures
- Attend IEP meetings to assess eligibility and plan services
- Recommend and adapt supportive equipment
- Collaborate with school staff and engage with parents
- Follow Cost Recovery guidelines
- Participate in district inservice and professional development days
