The Role:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an outstanding Premises Officer to join the Greenwood Academies Trust (GAT) Estates Team based at Dogsthorpe Primary Academy.
Previous experience of buildings and asset management is a must along with experience of supervising and motivating staff and managing work programmes; additionally you must be a great team player with the ability to manage and lead a small team. You must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels. IT literacy is a must as you will using a number of systems to input data.
