Senior Transportation Leader
Location: Charlotte North Carolina
Employment Type: FullTime Onsite
LaBella Associates seeks an experienced Senior Transportation Leader to join our Charlotte NC team. In this role youll lead highimpact transportation projects manage client relationships and drive new business development in collaboration with market leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Oversee and manage assigned bridge and highway projects ensuring efficiency and costeffectiveness.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong client relationships serving as the primary liaison to deliver projects on scope schedule and budget.
- Business Development: Conduct client meetings pursue new teaming opportunities and prepare proposals to secure future projects.
- Technical Excellence: Perform technical tasks including research report writing design and specification ensuring highquality project outcomes.
- Team Collaboration: Work with multidisciplinary teams enhancing key client relationships and representing the company as a primary contact.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (Masters degree preferred).
- Experience: 15 years in Transportation Project Management with a proven track record on NCDOT and local transportation projects.
- Licensure: PE license required.
- Industry Insight: Established network within the transportation industry with a strong business development acumen.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills adept at creating winning proposals and delivering impactful presentations.
