Exciting Nurse Manager Opportunity Level III NICU

About the Role
Join a Magnetdesignated medical center that is a leader in neonatal care. You will oversee a Level III NICU at a CCSdesignated facility with 49 NICU beds an average census of 30 and a dedicated team of approximately 141 NICU staff. You will be one of three Nurse Managers leading this vital department ensuring toptier care for newborns.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a highperforming NICU team ensuring excellence in patient care and compliance with healthcare standards.
Collaborate with senior leadership to develop strategic plans and implement best practices.
Oversee budgeting staffing training and development to enhance operational efficiency.
Champion a culture of safety quality and continuous improvement.
What Were Looking For:
- 5 years of clinical nursing experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- BSN or MSN degree (required for CCScertified or seeking CCS certification).
- Active California RN license & BLS certification.
- Strong leadership problemsolving and teambuilding skills.
Preferred: Masters degree National Certification and experience with electronic medical records.
