As a Broker Development Manager youll play a key role in shaping Avivas presence in the worlds insurance market.
A bit about the job:
In this role youll be at the forefront of Avivas growth strategy building and strengthening broker relationships to drive longterm success. Youll be responsible for overseeing your panels pipeline across Avivas entire GI business from SME to global corporate and specialty lines. This role acts as both a mentor and conduit to brokers helping to foster strong sustainable growth. Our London team is uniquely positioned to influence how Aviva engages with some of the worlds largest insurance markets operating in a highperformance culture passionate about development relationship management and business growth.
Skills and experience were looking for:
- Strong relationship leadership skills Proven track record overseeing a panel brokers from global firms to independents ensuring strong performance and growth.
- Business development expertise Skilled in identifying new business opportunities managing renewals and driving revenue growth in a competitive market.
- Networking and market influence Ability to build strategic relationships and expand industry presence increasing brand visibility and market reach.
- Leadership and stakeholder engagement Experience in motivating underwriting teams and fostering strong collaboration with internal and external partners.
- Adaptability and industry knowledge A quick learner with and understanding of insurance; a background in insurance is beneficial but not essential.
