Seeking a motivated Bilingual (English & Spanish) Front of House Operations Leader for ChickfilA Green Mountain. FOH Ops Leads uphold quality and safety standards and foster a cohesive team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Help to manage front of house and drive thru operations.
- Lead coach and mentor staff.
- Ensure quality efficiency and cleanliness.
- Coordinate with backofhouse team.
- Maintain compliance with regulations.
- Assist in training new staff.
Qualifications:
