About the role:
Working closely with the Senior Sales leadership team youll help ensure our sales team is ready to tackle Samsaras next phase of growth. Specific duties will include scheduling and overseeing all new hire onboarding programs developing new sales acceleration programs and identifying additional training needs. You will work with all segments of our sales team including Enterprise Sales Mid Market Sales Commercial Sales Account Development Sales Engineering Customer Success and Sales Operations.

For this position you should combine excellent organization skills with an ability to interact with your team members and motivate them to succeed. Ultimately you should be able to ensure our sales team is fully educated to perform at a high level and increase customer satisfaction.
This is a hybrid position requiring 2 days per week in our Atlanta office and other days working remotely. This position requires travel up to 25 of the time and proximity to an international airport. Relocation assistance will not be provided for this role.

In this role you will:
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify skill gaps enhance existing training programs and create new training curriculum or resources to drive team success.
- Drive a strong first impression for new hires by leading 12 engaging onboarding training sessions biweekly ensuring they feel welcomed and wellprepared to contribute effectively.
- Own the onboarding calendar endtoend for ADR new hires managing the timeline and logistics to provide a smooth learning experience that sets them up for success from day one.
- Develop and deliver sales certifications for Account Development Representatives to demonstrate readiness for success as Samsara Account Executives.
- Champion role model and embed Samsaras cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success Build for the Long Term Adopt a Growth Mindset Be Inclusive Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices.
Minimum requirements for the role:
- 3 years of ADR or fullcycle sales experience
- A deep understanding of prospecting and pipeline generation
- Ability to align quickly with leadership and implement feedback
- Enthusiastic about enablement program management & supporting sales professionals
- Experience working with sales productivity tools (email automation call recording CMS & LMS platforms.
An ideal candidate also has:
- Full cycle closing experience in SAAS or IOT
- Experience in creating content such as playbooks training materials or interactive resources
- A background in instructional design or learning & development
- Project management experience for multistage program development
