Job Description
Role: Network Support Support Specialist Tier 1
What Youll Do:
- Become an expert on the Fusus solution available apps APIs and roadmaps.
- Work with various industry standard Video Management Systems (VMS) IP Cameras and Linux networking tools
- Work with Implementation team to assist with the geospatial set up of customer locations
- Respond to inbound Customer support requests through email and telephone with the goal of resolving issues within 24 hours
- Troubleshoot Customer support issues and follow Fsus escalation policy
- Document all work completed within the Fsus CRM support tool
- Participate in Fsus sponsored training and certifications to advance technical skills
- 2 years experience working in information systems and networking
- Analytical thinker who systematically problem solves to find resolutions
- Strong knowledge of enterprise network equipment (routers firewalls tunnels) configuration and data flow
- Experience with security camera systems. VMS DVR NVR solutions strongly desired

- $45000 $65000
- 8hour shift
- On call
