Job requirements
- Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Adobe Campaign Developer to design implement and optimize marketing automation solutions using Adobe Campaign Classic (ACC) and/or Adobe Campaign Standard (ACS). The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring campaigns developing workflows integrating Adobe Campaign with other marketing technologies and ensuring efficient data flows for personalized customer engagement. Key Responsibilities: Design develop and optimize automated workflows data schemas and audience segmentation for multichannel marketing campaigns. Maintain and enhance email SMS push and direct mail marketing programs. Develop custom JavaScript SQL XML scripts for automation reporting and data transformation. Monitor and troubleshoot campaign workflows and data flow within Adobe Campaign. Integrate Adobe Campaign with CRM CDP and thirdparty platforms using REST/SOAP APIs. Ensure data hygiene security and compliance with GDPR CCPA and other regulations. Support Adobe Managed Services (AMS) platform maintenance upgrades and optimizations. Collaborate with marketing IT and data teams to deliver campaign enhancements and best practices. Provide documentation training and ongoing support for campaign operations. Required Skills & Qualifications: 3 years of experience in Adobe Campaign Classic (ACC) and/or Adobe Campaign Standard (ACS) development and configuration. Handson experience with Adobe Managed Services (AMS) environment including server maintenance logs analysis and deployment processes. Strong knowledge of SQL JavaScript XML and campaign automation workflows. Experience with data ingestion ETL processes and audience segmentation. Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud (AEP Adobe Analytics Adobe Target Adobe Journey Optimizer) and integrations. Strong understanding of APIbased integrations (REST SOAP) with external systems. Experience troubleshooting email delivery issues campaign failures and system performance. Knowledge of privacy regulations (GDPR CCPA) and consent management practices.
