You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAs the Senior Director of Strategic Initiatives you will play a crucial role in driving the companys success and growth. You will be part of the Leadership Team and report directly to the Chief Executive Officer. This position requires close collaboration with various teams including service teams Human Resources and Information Technology to ensure the successful quality enhancement activities and implementation of strategic initiatives and innovation projects.
The Senior Director of Strategic Initiatives will advance the strategy and thinking methodologies used to create and maintain a quality and innovative culture throughout the entire organization. This role will introduce novel ideas improve existing processes and develop and lead the implementation of strategic initiatives that align with the companys goals and objectives through quality services and innovation. This position will develop and lead the strategic quality plan using Council on Quality Leadership (CQL) framework and/or other agreed upon methodology in collaboration with the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and other leaders. This role provides strategic decisionmaking leadership planning and prioritization to meet business and quality/compliance objectives.

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
Quality Leadership
Oversee and provides leadership to the Dept of Quality and Strategic Initiatives including the hiring development and supervision of team members.
Develops and oversees the implementation of Quality Assurance Plan specific to each service provided to people with disabilities ensuring the best practice of personcentered services are utilized and people are supported to achieve their desired outcomes.
Develop and lead the implementation of strategic initiatives that align with Ardmores goals and objectives.
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across the organization.
Oversees compliance measures to include supervision of incident reporting and
Oversees the training and development of staff as required by any Plans of Correction
Trains mentors and guides team members on quality initiatives and supports leadership in the development of protocols and processes to increase quality and efficiency across service
Training and Development
Embraces workforce training and development as a key strategy to improve quality and partners with appropriate teams to create and conduct training as well as measures learner competence.
Studies processes and identifies opportunities to effect positive changes through innovative practices and direct support staff training and development.
Partners with directors and team leads in the implementation of the SkillUp for Success Training Content Delivery Assessment and future initiatives evolving from this grant.
Innovation and Continuous Quality Improvement
Partner with leadership team members in the development of the new Ardmore Person Centered Support Plan designed to ensure that state authorized PCPs are further evolved to create a support practice for each person.
Drive innovation by exploring new ideas technologies and processes to improve services and operations.
Collaborate and Assist with the Implementation of New Strategies
Analyze data to identify process improvement opportunities and conducts root cause analysis as appropriate.
Collaborate across departments and teams to identify and prioritize opportunities for growth and improvement.
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to evaluate and monitor the performance of strategic initiatives and innovation projects.
Provide strategic guidance and support to senior leadership in decisionmaking processes.
Reports on quality indicators using Consolidated Information Management Systems (CIMS) and other electronic systems.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor to further the efforts of quality and innovative service delivery.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management Information Technology or a related field (preferred).
At least 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience
Proven experience working with HR information systems (e.g. payroll applicant tracking systems).
Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proven experience in developing and delivering effective training.
Experience in nonprofit industry a plus.

REQUIRED CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
Must be able to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
Must be able to bend kneel push and pull.

Must possess and maintain a good driving record and have access to a reliable vehicle.
