About the Position
Dexis Professional Services (DPS) is recruiting Project Managers to support the Department of Justices (DOJ) Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Forces (OCDETF) Program. The OCDETF Program forms the centerpiece of the DOJ counternarcotics strategy and uses prosecutorled multiagency task forces to combat the most serious drug cartels. The mission of the OCDETF Program is to reduce the supply of illegal in the United States and diminish the violence and other criminal activity associated with the drug trade.
These positions are based in Washington DC and are contingent upon contract award.
Responsibilities
- Oversees and manages a project or multiple projects from inception to deployment in work similar to what is described in the Statement Of Work (SOW) providing daytoday management.
- Ensures that all parties e.g. top management rankandfile employees contractormanagement and employees are kept apprised as to all pertinent information and requirements.
- Provides guidance and direction in multiple tasks across several functional areas.
- Oversees overall contractor performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree and ten 10 years of experience.
- Active DOD Secret clearance.
- Experience in managing projects through all phases from conceptualization to completion/provision of deliverables.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work with individuals at all levels.
- Ability to plan and organize complex work effectively.
- Ability to supervise employees.

When developing a range Dexis evaluates compensation holistically triangulating between external market research our budget for the position and internal equity to arrive at a figure that is fair and competitive.
