Automotive Business Development Center Manager / BDC Manager

Thisposition will be responsible for managing all aspects of the departmentincluding:
- supervisingthe handling of internet leads and inbound phone calls
- customerretention for both sales and service.
Responsibilities:
- Createmaintain and measure the internet and business development processes (for bothsales and service).
- Cultivateengaged intelligent and consistent staff
- Attractpotential clients and retain current clientele by answering product and servicequestions received via phone and/or internet
- Contributeto high scores for the manufacturers customer satisfaction index (CSI)
- Strivefor continual improvement in the BDC and the company as a whole. Giverecognition when it is earned
- Holdyourself and others to high moral and ethical standards and conduct yourselfwith honesty and integrity
Requirements
- Autodealership sales sales management or BDC Manager experience required
- Superiorcommunication skills both oral and written
- Mustbe detailed oriented
- Strongemail and phone presence is necessary
- Exceptionalleadership skills
- Outstandingorganizational skills
- Abilityto stay strong and calm in a stressful environment; must thrive under pressure
