Job Description Business Development Manager (Sales)

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and target potential business opportunities in new and existing markets. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients. Ensure customer satisfaction and deliver solutions tailored to client needs.
- Sales & Negotiation: Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing. Negotiate contracts pricing and terms with clients to maximize revenue.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends competitors and market conditions. Provide insights to improve business strategy and positioning.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing product and operations teams to align business development efforts with the companys goals.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities meetings and client interactions. Prepare regular reports on performance targets and opportunities.
- Travelling: Open to travelling as required for business meetings client visits and industry events.
Qualifications:
- B.Tech or Master of Business Administration (preferred).
- 25 years of experience in business development sales or related fields.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other business tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to build longlasting client relationships.
- Proven track record in negotiations and closing deals.
