We are seeking an experienced Automation Developer to join our dynamic team where you will contribute to the successful delivery and ongoing support of automation solutions.This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong development background who is passionate about automation and collaboration with other teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead or contribute to the development of critical automation and AI projects including designing and implementing endtoend solutions.
Provide technical assistance in the development and optimization of automation.
Develop deploy and update automation solutions including APIs connectors and integration points with other systems. Work with teams to ensure the seamless deployment of automation solutions across various environments.
Maintain and update support documentation including run books technical documentation and deployment guides. Share technical insights and learning with the team to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Provide Level 3 support for automation systems with critical lowSLA requirements ensuring fast response times and minimizing disruptions.
Oversee and review the code developed by citizen developers ensuring it meets quality and operational standards. Provide guidance to the citizen development community actively monitoring their work and offering suggestions for optimization and improvement.
Lead and contribute to training sessions for internal teams including citizen developers on new automation features best practices and troubleshooting methods.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelors in Computer Science Data Analytics Engineering or related fields.
Development Experience: About 48 years of handson experience in development of automation and AI projects. Proven experience in using platforms like Automation Anywhere 360 (AA360. Expertise in tools development to support automation frameworks.
Experience in APIs & Connectors: Proven experience in developing and integrating APIs connectors and working with thirdparty systems to expand automation capabilities.
Cloud & Infrastructure: Experience in deploying automation solutions on virtual machines (VMs) on cloud environments (AWS)
Agile Methodology: Familiarity with Agile development Scrum processes and experience in working within Agile teams.
Additional Competencies:
Problem Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve critical production issues and provide L3 support.
Collaboration & Communication: Excellent communication skills to work effectively with crossfunctional teams stakeholders and internal customers.
CustomerFocused: A strong understanding of customer needs with the ability to support the automation initiatives impacting customer experience.
