Job Description

Job Title: Customer Service Executive US Process French B2 and above

Employment Type: Contractual Role for 3 Months (Extension or Permanent Based on

Performance)

Process: US Voice Process

Key Responsibilities:

Provide complete customer service support including upselling products and

services.

Requirements:

Education: B2 In French

Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

Skills: Excellent communication skills in English/ French

Working Conditions:

Location: Work from Office
Gurgaon sec 30 Haryana)

Transport: Both side cab facility provided

Working Days: 5 days a week with 2 rotational week offs

Shifts: 24*7 rotational shifts
