The opportunity

We are looking for a forwardthinking Senior Staff designer to lead vision for Adobes content marketplace and drive design strategy with Generative AI.
Are you a skilled designer with a knack for developing vision and strategy and uniting customers towards a collective goal Do you relish collaborating with team members from different departments to establish a framework that designers and engineers can abide by If the answer is yes then this position is ideal for you!
What youll do
- Generate highquality vision concepts for Adobes content marketplace future; persuade senior leadership to shift strategy towards success.
- Quickly visualize and prototype ideas to communicate concepts (via sketches storyboards highfidelity mockups prototypes or animations) while using and extending a design system.
- Craft and complete a clear framework on how to reach a future vision in a concrete plan and review designs for alignment.
- Conduct research set up and run studies to help teams understand how well our concepts and frameworks work in the real world.
- Deliver strategies that push forward the larger vision and framework so that teams understand what is moving the product forward.
- Proactively collaborate with prototypers engineers and researchers to understand the capabilities of new and developing technologies and emergent user needs.
What you need to succeed
- Related degree or 8 years of equivalent experience.
- Experience with Adobe tools like Illustrator and Photoshop and other design tools such as Keynote Sketch or Figma.
- Expertlevel communication project management and presentation skills.
- Embrace ambiguity be proactive and creative to move large crossteam projects forward.
- Represent other fields: collect and prioritize product requirements clearly communicate business strategy and advocate for changes in the roadmap.
Nicetohaves:
- Experience setting up and facilitating user research synthesizing and communicating insights that encourage design opportunities.
- Ability to understand and question usage metrics and analytics data to inform design and research.

Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC base commission) and shortterm incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Nonsales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and shortterm incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition certain roles may be eligible for longterm incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
