We are looking for a Team Leader Installation to join our Competence Centre Team Based Brussels.
The Installation Competence Centre Team Leader is responsible for processing all administrative and financial operations related to the registration and management of contracts by the managers reporting to him/her.
In this position your main duties are as follows:
Leading a team of installation managers: helping them achieve their objectives directing and assessing their members
Ensuring that your team is fully familiar with administrative procedures and developing their skills
Actively participate in the continuous improvement of the installation management competence centre
Ensuring that current procedures are correctly applied and tools are used correctly
Ensure proper cooperation and communication between all stakeholders to ensure proper of activities.
Required profile:
We are looking for a candidate with solid team management skills able to lead and motivate staff effectively. A good understanding of financial issues regulations related to private and public contracts and a solid grounding in administrative management are essential to ensure optimal management of resources and activities.
The candidate should also have experience in construction or service professions to ensure the quality and conformity of projects.
A good knowledge of French and Dutch is essential for this position. A good knowledge of English will help you progress within the Group.
Finally you are expected to travel regularly within Belgium but also Luxembourg and France to supervise projects and meet with teams.
