The Opportunity
Join a brand new team at the QVC Group! The Program Management Lead Social Strategy takes the lead in understanding the competitive landscape and forming innovative program propositions to optimize influencer engagement loyalty and customer outcomes across social platforms such as TikTok and Meta.
The strategist will leverage deep analytical insights to guide decisions enhance brand visibility and foster customer advocacy. Collaborating with social platform teams and crossfunctional departments this position ensures alignment of efforts to create cohesive and impactful social media strategies. Additionally the Program Manager is responsible for translating points of view and findings into compelling narratives and presentations that help drive strategic decisions.
This position is hybrid and based out of West Chester PA.
Your Impact
Conduct indepth research on competitive strategies social media trends and influencer engagement practices.
Identify emerging opportunities and threats in the social selling landscape to inform strategic planning.
Strategically design and implement effective influencer programs to amplify brand visibility and engage target audiences through authentic partnerships that align with business objectives
Develop and oversee loyalty program initiatives ensuring strategies align with business goals to enhance customer retention advocacy and satisfaction.
Utilize data analytics to measure program performance and drive continuous improvement in influencer partnerships and customer loyalty strategies.
Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing communication building trust and strengthening relationships across social platforms.
Frame research findings into strategic insights that guide decisionmaking processes.
Prepare and deliver presentations that highlight opportunities and strategic recommendations
What You Bring
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field
8 year of experience within the social & influencer space
Proven experience in managing influencer marketing and customer loyalty programs with a focus on building strategic partnerships and enhancing customer retention through journey mapping and optimization.
Demonstrated project management skills effectively handling multiple complex projects and using data analytics to inform strategic datadriven decisionmaking.
Remote work is not permitted in NYC at this time.
