We are seeking a dynamic and resultsoriented Business Development Manager to join a rapidly growing FM Building Services & Compliance Specialist Group.
In this role you will play a pivotal part in expanding our client base forging strategic partnerships and driving revenue growth. You will collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to identify opportunities craft innovative solutions and execute strategies that align with our company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company growth targets.
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities and potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong longlasting client relationships through effective communication and exceptional service.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored proposals and solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals that align with company objectives.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics and market insights.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development sales or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of industryspecific knowledge e.g. Facilities Management Building Services Engineering etc.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive and resultsdriven approach.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field (preferred)
