Senior Service Engineer

To maintain and enhance the strong relationships with our esteemed bluechip clients focusing on the maintenance and servicing of their CCTV and Access Control systems. Occasionally the role may involve installation and commissioning tasks. This position requires regular site visits emphasizing a customercentric approach at all times.

The selected candidate must work collaboratively with team members and interact with clients and other trades in a professional and tactful manner thereby positively representing the Company.

The Security Engineer will report directly to the Local Service Supervisor and will work closely with the Customer Service Manager. The ideal candidate will be eager to enhance their skills undergo training on both new and existing Enterprise solutions and pursue career development.

As a Senior Engineer the responsibilities will include learning and addressing more complex systems and faults providing technical guidance and mentoring less experienced engineers.

• Ensuring timely completion of all required Company documentation including Time Sheets Expense Claims and Site Reports in accordance with established guidelines
• Observing and following company health and safety protocols to contribute to a safe working environment.

Qualifications:
Experience:A minimum of five years experience in a similar role. Qualifications in CCure and Genetec are preferred though not essential. Candidates demonstrating a strong aptitude for learning and experience with similar Enterprise solutions will be considered for investment in training.
