Job Description
Job Description: HostTexas Steakhouse & Saloon
Location: Lumberton NC 28358
The Host is responsible for greeting and seating guests managing reservations and ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests as they arrive and seat them at their table
- Manage reservations and ensure timely seating of guests
- Answer phone calls and take reservations
- Assist servers with clearing tables and resetting for new guests
- Ensure a clean and organized host stand area
- Provide guests with menus and answer any questions they may have
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a similar role preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed
