The Claremont Hotel is on the lookout for an experienced Venue Manager to lead our dynamic team. With a large Sports Bar multiple dining spaces a Rooftop & a huge function room this venue was designed for all punters!
Were seeking a highenergy VM who is passionate about our customer experience at a premium level. A VM who can execute activations build strongrelationships with DJs & promoters loves a bit of footy and is keen to develop their team.
As Venue Manager youll orchestrate the daytoday operations of our multifaceted venue. Were in search of an individual with a proven track record in managing largecapacity venues adept at team leadership and skilled in cultivating and nurturing strong management teams.

- Generous Salary $100000 $110000 Super
- Quarterly KPI Bonus $44000 P/A

Essential requirements:
- 2 years of Venue Management experience
- Experience working in an Entertainment focused venue
- Experience within the hospitality industry food product knowledge
- Experience in a highturnover customer service environment
- Demonstrated experience in business development and strategic hospitality management
- Demonstrated team and leadership skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to learn and change
- Have a market awareness and trend analysis relevant to food and beverage in the area & industry
- Be able to implement and execute promotions throughout the business successfully
- State based qualifications RSA & Approved Managers Licence
