Role overview:
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Teledyne Microwave UK based in Shipley for a Business/Sales Administrator Apprentice to join a busy sales team.
The Business/Sales Administrator Apprentice will report directly to the Sales Manager and will be responsible for providing key administrative support to the Sales & Marketing team. You will be the key interface between internal stakeholders designated customers and other members of the sales team for all internal and external sales requirements.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is prepared to help wherever they are needed. It also provides the chance to learn about sales and marketing with potential for career development. We are looking for applicants who have a flexible approach and bring a positive mental attitude to their work. The successful applicant must be a team player who can equally work on their own initiative.
What youll be involved in:
Support Sales team with administration and customer service requirements
Process sales orders and acknowledgements
Prepare bid files and draft quotation template
Respond to customer queries in timely and professional manner
Assist in general administrative tasks such as maintaining records data entry and answering phone calls
Updating customer records and providing delivery updates
Support wider business with administration requirements
