Job Description:
On behalf of our client we are looking for a Java developer who will be responsible for complex software systems development and analysis with strong web application development skills.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop code using industry best practices for maintenance of external/internal website (s) the webbased system(s).
Creating enhancing and implementing new web page designs using HTML JavaScript CSS3 Bootstrap leaflets jQuery Web services XML interacting with backend relational databases.
Experience in objectoriented programing languages such as Python Java in developing RESTful APIs for data retrieval and Web Applications.
Ability to work collaboratively with a team on a variety of projects resolve problems in a production environment and extend functionality within current webbased applications.
Resolve reported issues and reply to queries in a timely manner
Assist in requirements gathering activities and providing Level of Effort (LOEs) estimation for each requirement for development perspective.
Design and develop publicly facing websites
Requirements
Job Requirements:
35 years of experience working with ntier Webbased systems design and development.
Good understanding of ObjectOriented Principles
Experience performing unit testing and integration testing to validation solutions
Experience developing and maintaining websites with HTML CSS JavaScript Bootstrap leaflet jQuery Web services Java Python PL/SQL CGI Perl and relational databases.
Experience in Web Service technologies such as SOAP/WSDL and REST developing RESTful APIs for data retrieval and Web Applications.
Proficient in the use of browser Developer Tools for troubleshooting
Experience in Mobile Application Development
Test web applications in multiplatform crossbrowser development.
Knowledge of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient with WordPress
Must be able to meet assigned development goals with a high quality of output and meet target delivery dates.
Remain up to date on all current best practices trends and industry developments supporting the business
Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python PostgreSQL MySQL relational databases.
Experience performing unit testing and integration testing to validation solutions create and implement designs following industrystandard coding standards
