As a Solutions Analyst II in COMMERCIAL & INVESTMENT BANK you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between product owners business operations and software developers by leveraging your technical and analytical reasoning skills. Youll elicit and document business and data flow requirements translating them into wellstructured and technically feasible solutions. Your adaptability and ability to lead through change will be crucial in ambiguous situations and in effectively handling dependencies. Your strong foundation in data analytics will be instrumental in developing innovative architecture designs and operating systems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills will ensure clear and compelling exchanges with diverse stakeholders fostering collaboration and driving the success of the companys projects and programs.
Job responsibilities
- Requirements planning against an EndtoEnd UAT test strategy including test data environments defect management and test automation.
- Responsibility for the provision of accurate testing estimates within daily scrum calls
- Documentation and of UAT test scenarios identifying specific scenarios and developing test scripts
- Utilization test automation tool to assist the efficient and timely E2E test
- Partner closely with Operations Product and Technology groups
- Identifying opportunities to accelerate and synergies in testing processes for assigned projects and syndicate the information to other team members to validate prior to implementation
- Taking responsibility for the monitoring and reporting of Testing defects and the retesting process
- Provide updates on Project calls and communications with relevant colleagues
Required qualifications capabilities and skills
- 2 years of experience or equivalent expertise in solutions analysis technical program delivery or a related field
- Experience and understanding of TDD BDD CI/CD Automation Framework
- Experience with Selenium Python Java BDD Cucumber and Data Engineering Methodologies
- Basic knowledge of Agile Practices like SCRUM KANBAN etc.
- Basic knowledge of JIRA SharePoint Confluence
- Demonstrated proficiency in data fluency including experience with data extraction interpretation and making datainformed decisions
- Developing technical fluency in relevant platforms software tools and technologies with a curiosity to continuously expand technical knowledge
- Experience in data visualization and analytics
- Strong written communication skills with a proven ability to effectively translate complex information for diverse stakeholder audiences
Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills
- Knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau Alteryx
- Experience with funds control and reconciliation
- Good understanding of payments data and related mapping areas to implement data driven automation approach
- Extensive working knowledge of Payments Message Processing/Validation with formats like ISO20022 pacs.008 pacs.009 pacs.004 pain.001 camt.056 MT FEDWIRE CHIPS
