Job Description
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions and maintain accurate records
- Resolve discrepancies and issues related to invoices and payments.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve paymentrelated inquiries
- Assist in managing cash flow by monitoring vendor payments
- Prepare and analyze accounts payable reports to support financial decisionmaking.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency of the accounts payable function
Requirements:
- Postsecondary education in Accounting or a related field
- Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and accounting principles
- Excellent attention to detail and problemsolving skills
- Proficiency Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
