- Valid drivers license as driving is required
- Basic knowledge of construction tools
- Excellent communication skills verbal and written in English.
- Must be a team player
- Must have ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
- Must be willing to be part of a rotation ON CALL system where after hours (weekends included) response is required.
