Job Description

About the Role

This position supports the architectural and construction phases of multifamily residential development projects with a strong focus on Revit modeling BIM coordination and architectural documentation. You will collaborate with crossdisciplinary teams to produce highquality construction documents manage digital models and coordinate design elements using Navisworks AutoCAD and Procore. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for residential architecture design technology and handson project delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with architecture engineering and construction teams throughout the project life cycle.
  • Translate owner input into comprehensive Revit architectural models.
  • Lead BIM coordination meetings with construction teams and subcontractors to resolve design conflicts.
  • Develop and manage Revitbased construction documents and drawings.
  • Review and integrate subcontractor 3D models using Navisworks.
  • Evaluate and track contractor shop drawings to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Conduct construction site visits to observe progress and alignment with plans.
  • Maintain and organize architectural drawing files CAD documents and model archives.
  • Prepare and manage exports of CAD/Revit drawings for consultants and contractors.
  • Incorporate external consultant files and apply redline corrections to streamline project updates.
  • Support Procore submittal processes drawing uploads and contact management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Architecture or related field.
  • 1 2 years of professional experience in architectural design.
  • Advanced proficiency in Revit for creating drawings details families and schedules.
  • Experience with Navisworks AutoCAD Bluebeam and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Word and general project documentation tools.
  • Strong communication problemsolving and timemanagement skills.
  • Detailoriented organized and capable of handling multiple concurrent tasks.
  • Selfmotivated with a strong work ethic and teamoriented mindset.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with shop drawing/submittal reviews in an architectural setting.
  • Familiarity with Procore or similar project management software.
  • Knowledge of building codes ADA/accessibility standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience in interior design finish selection and space planning.
  • Background in highrise or multifamily residential development.
  • Understanding of MEP systems fire protection or construction methodologies.
  • Exposure to LEED IgCC or sustainable building certifications.
  • On track for architectural licensure (ARE exams or equivalent).
  • Construction site experience or construction administration knowledge is a plus.
