About the Role:
Looking for a highly skilled BackEnd Developer to join our dynamic development team. As a BackEnd Developer you will design implement and maintain the serverside logic databases and APIs that power our applications. The ideal candidate will have experience working with modern backend technologies and frameworks ensuring robust and scalable systems while collaborating with frontend developers to deliver seamless user experiences.

Responsibilities:
- ServerSide Development: Design develop and maintain the backend infrastructure including databases APIs and business logic.
- Database Management: Build and optimize database schemas write queries and ensure data integrity performance and security.
- API Development: Create and maintain RESTful APIs or GraphQL services to allow frontend systems to communicate with backend systems efficiently.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize application performance to ensure high availability scalability and reliability.
- Security: Implement and maintain security protocols for data protection secure authentication and authorization.
- Collaboration: Work closely with frontend developers to integrate userfacing elements with serverside logic and ensure a smooth user experience.
- Code Quality: Write clean efficient and maintainable code and follow best practices for version control (e.g. Git).
- Testing & Debugging: Write unit integration and endtoend tests to ensure code quality.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues across the entire application stack.
- Deployment & Monitoring: Participate in the deployment process and set up automated CI/CD pipelines. Monitor the application for potential issues and apply fixes as necessary.
- Documentation: Write and maintain clear technical documentation for APIs systems and processes.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in backend programming languages such as Node.js Python Java Ruby PHP Go or C#.
- Familiarity with backend frameworks such as Express.js (Node.js) Django (Python) Spring Boot (Java) Ruby on Rails or Laravel (PHP).
- Experience with databases: Proficient with SQLbased databases (e.g. PostgreSQL MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g. MongoDB).
- API Development: Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
- Familiarity with GraphQL is a plus.
- Version Control: Strong knowledge of Git and version control practices (e.g. GitHub GitLab).
- Security Best Practices: Familiarity with data encryption secure authentication protocols (OAuth JWT) and other security practices.
- Testing: Experience writing automated tests using frameworks like Mocha Jest PyTest or JUnit.
- Cloud Services: Experience with cloud platforms like AWS Google Cloud or Azure is desirable.
- Microservices: Experience with microservice architectures and containerization technologies (e.g. Docker Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams and using task management tools like Jira or Trello.
- Problemsolving & Analytical Skills: Strong ability to diagnose issues and provide efficient solutions.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Software Engineering or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 2 years of experience in backend development or a similar role (more experience preferred for senior positions).
Personal Attributes:
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work within a team and with crossfunctional stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fastpaced environment.
- A passion for learning new technologies and staying up to date with industry trends.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g. Docker Kubernetes).
- Experience with serverless architectures (AWS Lambda Google Cloud Functions).
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipeline implementation.
- Knowledge of frontend technologies (HTML CSS JavaScript) is a bonus although not required.
- Web Development: Develop and implement frontend code using HTML CSS JavaScript and modern frameworks like React Angular or Vue.js.
