Job Description

Job Summary
We are seeking a Commercial Lines Underwriter/Broker to join our growing team. This position is responsible for developing new relationships with retail brokers and binding new and renewal business.

Responsibilities
Develop new relationships with retail brokers
Bind new and renewal business
Work on a mix of Casualty and Property Accounts
Understand needs and develop submissions/bind accounts
Quote new/renewal business
Traveling for client meetings & business arrangements

Qualifications/Requirements
3 years of solid sales experience
P&C license
Willingness/ability to travel as needed
Outgoing personable and consultative
Experience in a wholesale role highly preferred

Compensation Package
Compensation: Between $90k$150k (based on experience) bonus opportunities.
