Nature of Work:
The Youth Service Provider provides a variety of activities that are designed to restore rehabilitate and support a childs/youths developmentally appropriate functioning as necessary for the integration of the child/youth as an active and productive member of their family and community. Activities are hands on and task oriented.
The Senior YSP provider also provides communitybased services to children and families who may have difficulty engaging in formal office settings but can benefit from home and/or community based rehabilitative services.

Minimum Qualifications:
- The Youth Service provider must be at least 18 years old and have at least a High School Diploma GED or State Education Commencement Credential (SACC or CDOS). Experience working with youth is preferred.
- The Senior Youth Service provider must have at least a Bachelors degree in Human Services or related field plus two years of applicable experience in childrens mental health addiction and/or foster care.
- Must clear the State Central Registry Clearance Staff Exclusion List Clearance and OMH Criminal History Review for criminal convictions.
- Must possess a valid/clear drivers license and dependable vehicle.
