The Senior Product Analyst will play a pivotal role in helping JobNimbus grow revenue by optimizing product strategy and user experience. They will work hand in hand with Product Development and Marketing teams to transform data into actionable insights that shape product decisions accelerate adoption reduce churn and maximize customer lifetime value.

What youll be doing:

• Drive DataBacked Decision Making Partner with Product Dev and Marketing to uncover insights that shape our roadmap features and gotomarket strategy.
• Analyze User Behavior & Growth Patterns Identify the leading indicators of adoption retention and churn to inform product optimizations.
• Build and Maintain Dashboards Deliver clear actionable visualizations that empower Product teams to selfserve insights and track key performance metrics.
• Identify Growth Opportunities Surface untapped product opportunities to increase revenue upsells and crosssells.
• Experiment & Optimize Design and analyze A/B tests to improve conversion rates engagement and feature adoption.
• Storytelling with Data Translate complex analyses into compelling narratives that drive alignment and action.

What makes you the hero for this job:

• 5 years of experience in Product Analytics Growth Analytics or a similar role.
• Proficiency in SQL Python for data analysis.
• Experience with BI tools (e.g. Looker Tableau Power BI or similar).
• Strong grasp of product analytics frameworks (e.g. AARRR: Acquisition Activation Retention Referral Revenue).
• A curious problemsolving mindset that challenges assumptions and uncovers nonobvious insights.
• Experience with customer journey analytics A/B testing and retention analysis.
• Excellent communication skillsable to simplify complex findings for stakeholders at all levels.
