Food and Beverage Service Supervisor
Are you a friendly confident and enthusiastic individual seeking a career in hospitality We have an exciting opportunity in our Food and Beverage Team as a Supervisor. You will be part of the Marriott family offering outstanding service to our guests and associates. Main Duties
- Supervises daily shift operations and ensures compliance with all F&B policies and Brand Standards
- Spends the majority of time on the floor supervising service and interacting with guests
- Manages in compliance with all local and UK food and drink laws
- Responsible for beverage control stock takes and processing invoices
- Conduct reviews for associates and monitor performance
- Empower associates to provide excellent customer service
- Effectively respond to all guest feedback
- Interviewing new applicants
- Supervise and introduce incentive schemes for associates to upsell
- Ensures the cleanliness is up to standard in each of the 4 outlets Room service Restaurant Bar and the Exclusive Executive lounge
What do you need to apply
The successful candidate will have experience within the hospitality industry and have a good level of English.

- Enthusiasm
- Flexibility to work all shift patterns (between 06.45am and 23:15pm)
