Job Description
Venture Solar is hiring a RILicensed Electrician working out of the Hudson MA location.
As a Licensed Electrician in the state of RI you will be responsible for:
- Executing plans of electrical wiring for wellfunctioning PV solar systems
- Installing electrical apparatus fixtures and equipment
- Connect wiring in electrical circuits and networks ensuring compatibility of components
- Prepare and assemble conduits and connect wiring through them
- Perform effective troubleshooting to identify hazards or malfunctions and repair damaged units
What youll bring:
- Valid Electrical license in the state of RI
- Required experience as an electrician preferred
- Experience in residential or commercial electrical systems preferred
- Demonstrable ability to use electrical and hand tools (e.g. wire strippers voltmeter etc. and electrical drawings and blueprints
- Thorough knowledge of safety procedures and legal regulations and guidelines
- Excellent critical thinking and problemsolving ability
- Excellent physical condition and flexibility to work long shifts with paid overtime
- A valid drivers license is required
- Can work well independently and as part of a team
Physical Demands:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to climb ladders and work on pitched residential roofs
- Ability to work in attics
Full time work 40 hours overtime pay for over 40 hours in 1 week.
This is a fulltime benefitseligible role.
$50$55 per hour. Compensation will be commensuratewith experience.
