Job Description
Valley Views CalawayYoung Cancer Center is seeking a qualified Director to oversee all clinical operational financial and strategic aspects of the Cancer Center. The Cancer Center Director works closely with senior leadership to enhance the centers repuation growth and impact.
KEY OBJECTIVES
- Provide visionary leadership and direction for the Cancer Center aligning goals with Valley Views mission and strategic priorities
- Manage budgetary and financial performance of the Cancer Center ensuring the responsible allocation of resources and sustainability of programs
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including patients families providers and staff
- Oversee recruitment retention and professional development of staff
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors Degree required; Masters preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of practice management experience; Oncology preferred
- Management skills of organization interpersonal communication skills mediation and negotiation independent decision making strategic planning
