OMR (Option Maintenance Requests) keying and verification support is needed for Consumer and Commercial TS1 and TS2 OMRs. Assist with Option Maintenance Requests (OMR)alongside the System Options Specialist Team. Maintains and validates high risk monetary and performance related system option changes focusing on timeliness and accuracy. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity by modifying existing processes and workflows introducing automation and developing new performance standards and metrics and promote the adoption of industry best practices. May support a wide variety of operational activities. Undertakes work requiring basic application of acquired business or operational skills and knowledge and the principles of the primary discipline. Proficient in Excel.

What Part Will You Play

  • Learns the industry system module and product
  • Learns to analyze and evaluate clientinitiated changes including options maintenance requests through client consultation while learning best practices and how to conduct internal research. Will perform maintenance on accounts. Verifies system changes made and ensures the outcome is accurate.
  • Learns about the client and begins building credibility through knowledge of systems and product functionality.

What Are We Looking For in This Role

Minimum Qualifications

  • Typically Minimum 2 Years Relevant Exp
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Relevant Experience or Degree in: Bachelors degree or the equivalent of training and experience
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Working schedule would coincide with US hours to start 2:00pm 10:00pm CET
  • Occasionally acts as 24x7 first line Service Desk support


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the credit card industry
