Job Description

An accomplished and prestigious law firm in Glendale CA is seeking a qualified Transactional/Contract Attorney for their Civil Litigation practice. The office is rapidly expanding its team and wants to welcome a new member to be a part of their Fortune 500 team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the efforts associated with negotiating drafting reviewing and revising complex settlement agreements in class action matters. The ideal candidate will seek court approval of settlements and work with class action administrators to ensure settlements are administered properly. This firm prides itself on an office culture that promotes teamwork passion and a fastpaced environment.

Requirements:
  • CA licensed to practice law
  • 3 years of transactional experience
  • Labor & Employment experience is a plus
  • Must be Covid Vaccinated
Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate draft review and revise various contracts including class actions settlement agreements.
  • Negotiate draft review and revise class action notices claim forms and other related documents.
  • Negotiate draft review and revise motions for approval of class action settlements.
  • Monitor class action administrators to ensure that they are carrying out their responsibilities pursuant to the courts instructions.
