Position Summary
As a Senior Product Manager for Consumer Experience at Samsung TV Plus you will drive the strategic product vision and for the service. This role will define product development for critical consumerfacing features that directly impact viewer engagement and satisfaction. The ideal candidate combines technical experience with strategic thinking analytics experience and crossfunctional leadership to deliver innovative solutions that enhance the consumer experience and outcomes that advance the business objectives.About Samsung TV Plus:
Samsung TV Plus is a growing destination for Free AdSupported Streaming Television (FAST) and AdSupported Video on Demand (AVOD) experiences. Launched in 2018 Samsung TV Plus offers a diverse range of live channels and ondemand content providing an engaging viewing experience for users acrossmodel Samsung Smart TVs and recent Galaxy mobile devices. It continues to expand its offerings and user base solidifying its place as a leader in the streaming space.
Role and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the endtoend consumer product lifecycle from ideation to launch ensuring continuous optimization and growth.
- Develop and execute a datadriven product vision strategy and roadmap aligning with business objectives market trends and user needs.
- Leverage analytics user behavior data and competitive intelligence to identify key opportunities and shape product direction demonstrating data fluency and the ability to conduct independent analysis.
- Design implement and analyze experiments to validate hypotheses and optimize product performance.
- Define track and analyze KPIs and OKRs to measure product success and inform strategic decisions.
- Translate complex business challenges into clear databacked product requirements while balancing technical feasibility and business impact.
- Foster strong crossfunctional collaboration with data science engineering design marketing and business teams to drive seamless .
- Effectively communicate product strategy insights and datadriven guidance to senior leadership influencing key business decisions.
- Lead backlog prioritization and agile product development processes ensuring that data insights drive prioritization and .
- Conduct deep postlaunch impact analysis to optimize future iterations.
- Stay ahead of industry trends evolving consumer behaviors and advancements in data analytics to maintain a competitive edge.
Skills and Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5 years of Product Management experience with a strong focus on consumerfacing streaming services.
- Proven track record of leveraging data analytics to drive product decisions and business growth at scale.
- Expertise in A/B testing methodologies data visualization tools and statistical analysis.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets identify trends and drive strategic decisions.
- Deep knowledge of the streaming industry including market trends competitive landscape and user engagement strategies.
- Strong strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities with a passion for building innovative consumercentric products.
- Excellent stakeholder management communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence crossfunctional teams and executive leadership.
- Selfmotivated proactive and adaptable ambiguous environments.
- MBA or Masters degree is a plus.
Compensation for this role for candidates based in Mountain View CA is expected to be between $175000 $215000. Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience and comparison to other employees in the role.
