Tulsa OK W. 7th St. Management Central BSCLead and develop the Division FP&A team providing strategic guidance and support to crossfunctional division and regional partners.
Perform comprehensive financial modeling and analysis to generate actionable insights that drive strategic decisionmaking.
Direct the development and timely completion of the annual budget and biannual forecasts collaborating closely with regional and corporate finance teams.
Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including financial and operational performance customer profitability and efficiency identifying trends and opportunities for value creation.
Optimize financial reporting and analysis processes to ensure accurate and timely delivery of information to key stakeholders.
Drive automation initiatives to streamline reporting and analysis maximizing resource efficiency and organizational value.
Serve as the primary liaison with Corporate FP&A ensuring effective communication of regional and divisional updates and FP&A initiatives to leadership.
Present financial results and strategic recommendations to senior leadership clearly articulating complex financial information to facilitate datadriven decisions in a dynamic environment.
Champion and support local and national projects and initiatives.
Required Education:
Bachelors degree in finance or a related field.
Masters degree or advanced certification strongly preferred.
Required Length & Type of Experience:
5 years of experience in financial management planning and analysis.
Experience using SAP (S4/HANA Business Warehouse BPC) is preferred.
Experience with Power Bi or Tableau is a plus.
Experience with manufacturing distribution or production companies is a plus
Experience integrating new technologies and processes into daytoday operations.
Knowledge Skills & Abilities:
Exceptionally analytical with ability to effectively problem solve and develop solutions.
Competency in developing and managing financial budgets & forecasts.
Clear communicator that is able to translate complex financial and operational information into easily understandable and actionable insights for diverse audiences.
Able to lead teams in a rapidly changing and dynamic environment.
Can effectively coach mentor and develop associates.
Strong organizational teambuilding and collaboration skills.
Processoriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to articulate a clear vision for the FP&A department that can be developed into an actionable strategic plan.
