Job Description
1.Checking and adjusting the cleaning solutions to ensure they are at proper temperature
2.Load the racks for production
3.Prepare each load for cleaning
4.Ensure that all equipment is stocked and in proper working order including hoses brushes air drills etc.
5.Clean out and refill; the acid activation tank alkaline cleaner tanks brass activator rinse (as necessary)
6.Report any safety issues
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1.MUST be able to read and write in English
2.MUST be able to do heavy lifting
3.MUST be able to be on your feet all day (standing and walking)
4.RELIABLE ATTENDANCE AND PUNCTUALITY ARE A MUST
5.Ability to work overtime as needed (up to 10hour shifts with little notice to complete production)
5.Visual inspection of parts for small defects
